I mourn for Gretel.  She is the example of sadness so many dogs suffer at the hands of uncaring people.  Ignorant people who say "It's ONLY a dog"  Those who think that a little food and water is enough.  Those in their self righteousness think that by keeping it they are doing it a favor.

                   "Our time ran out. We were just numbers in a pen.  Why was there no one to come take us home?  Did we do something wrong? 
  
If you are going to get a dog, PLEASE save ones life.  If you adopt from a rescue, you are still saving a life because it makes room for another dog who may otherwise die.
These dogs only had 2 days!!!  Two days for someone to save them.  Don't think you can 'wait until tomorrow' to make that decision.  The perfect dog for you  may not have any tomorrows.
